Pricing Policy

  • The current and latest prices are listed on the website. However, Pharma Culture Healths Private Limited holds the right to modify without advance notice.
  • The price quoted is in Indian Rupees and the prices are inclusive of all taxes.
  • All orders are processed at current price and we will bill at the price effective at the time of shipping.
  • All products are liable for GST in India.

Payment Security

  • Your information is valuable to us as we do not share data to third parties.
  • All transactions are secured by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and 1024-bit Data Encryption.
  • We request you to enter CVV/CVC code while processing the transaction only to ensure the authenticity of its usage and will not be displayed on billing statements.

Out-of-Stock Products

  • If any of the products is displayed as “Out-of-Stock”, please call us on 1800-123-91-8888 (TOLL FREE) between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST (MONDAY to SATURDAY). You can also WhatsApp us for fast response.
  • We also consider the request raised for processing future orders. However, we do not provide this facility for COD (Cash on Delivery) option.

Cancellation Policy

  • In case if you wish to cancel the order, you will be refunded completely, if the order has not been shipped. In case the order is in transit, then shipping charges will be deducted and remaining amount will be credited to your account.
  • Alternatively, you can also place a request for order cancellation by sending an email to info@pharmacultureindia.com or, call us on 1800-123-91-8888 (TOLL FREE) Between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST (MONDAY to SATURDAY). You can also WhatsApp for fast response.
  • For cancelling the order via Email or Phone, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day.
  • Products will be delivered within 5-8 business days.
  • For remote locations, delivery of the products may take 7-10 business days.
  • All claims for damages should be reported to our customer care within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
  • In case if you cannot sign the delivery acknowledgement receipt, you can suggest an alternative person to sign on behalf of you. However, we take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
  • Delivery and handling charges may vary depending on volume, and packaging size. We will notify shipping charges to you before making the payment.

Cash on Delivery

  • Delivery time will be 3-8 business days for Metro Cities and 2 more days may be required for other locations.
  • In case if you cannot sign the delivery acknowledgement receipt, you can suggest an alternative person to sign on behalf of you. However, we take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
  • All claims for damages should be reported to our customer care within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns for any beauty product apart from Manufacturing Defect or Damage during transportation.
  • Please contact us on 1800-123-91-8888 (TOLL FREE) or info@pharmacultureindia.com for exchange or return of goods purchased.
  • All returnable goods should be accompanied by original receipt.
  • Products go through a rigorous inspection process hence, please send us an email with at least 5 images of the damaged products displaying “Batch No”.
  • We will notify you the status of your request after completing the quality test and the amount will be refunded within 20 business days.

Products are entitled for return/refund if they fulfill the following conditions:

  • Bottle seal has not been opened
  • Has missing parts
  • Packaging not opened
  • Product is physically damaged
